ECOSPRAY ROBOT

Ecospray Robot is equipped with an anthropomorphic robot for the automatic and industrial spraying of garment.

FEATURES

The Ecospray Robot comprises a 6-axis robot with self-learning, a series of pumps and guns for the spraying, a “Water curtain” type suction booth with ceiling filters and a garment handling system comprising of 2 rotating mannequins. Unusual effects and finishing can be obtained by spraying jeans, jackets and shirts with chlorine derivatives, pigments or resins.
